Due to the nature of the products in our gift boxes, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds.

If your gift box arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly replace the damaged or incorrect items at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Methods:

Standard Shipping: We offer USPS Ground Shipping for all orders within the continental United States.
Delivery Time: USPS Ground Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

Order Fulfillment:

Pre-Curated Gift Boxes: For orders of pre-curated gift boxes, we process and fulfill orders within 2-4 business days after your purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Corporate Gift Boxes: Please allow 10-14 business days for the custom corporate gifting process.

Shipping Notifications:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information, so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you or your recipient.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
