CARE INSTRUCTIONS: 

Items are hand-embroidered with yarn and they are delicate. Hand-washing is recommended.

If using a washing machine, use gentle setting with cold water. Place item in garment bag and turn inside out. Wash with like colors.

Lay flat to dry. Do not put in dryer.

TURNAROUND TIME:

Please allow up to 4 weeks for personalization. We will notify you when your order is ready to be shipped. If you need your item by a certain date, please include this in your comment/message.

For in-store pickups, please proceed to checkout with the individual vendor directly. This ensures smooth coordination for collecting your items from their respective stores. Not all vendors offer local pickup.
