Pre-Order Rules & Guidelines

We’re excited to offer pre-orders for our holiday gift boxes this season! Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth experience:

  1. Pre-Order Deadline: Pre-orders are open until December 1, 2024. Please place your order by this date to secure your holiday gift box.
  2. Fulfillment Schedule: Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, beginning the week of December 9, 2024. This ensures each box is carefully prepared and packed.
  3. Shipping Deadline: All pre-orders will be shipped by December 16, 2024 to allow ample time for delivery prior to the holidays. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
  4. Limited Quantities: Due to high demand and the use of small-batch, locally sourced products, quantities are limited. We encourage early pre-orders to avoid disappointment.
Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: We offer USPS Ground Shipping for all orders within the continental United States.
  • Delivery Time: USPS Ground Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.
Order Fulfillment:

*Not applicable for pre-orders

  • *Pre-Curated Gift Boxes: For orders of pre-curated gift boxes, we process and fulfill orders within 2-4 business days after your purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
  • *Personalized Gift Boxes: If you’ve chosen to personalize your gift box with a custom logo or message, please allow 5-7 business days for fulfillment before your order is shipped.
Shipping Notifications:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information, so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you or your recipient.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delays:

Please note that during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather delays), shipping times may be extended. We will always do our best to keep you informed of any delays in the processing or delivery of your order.
